Conclusions on two bills were adopted with remarks, 10 draft laws were recognized as such that include corruptogenic factors and do not comply with requirements of the anti-corruption legislation.
The draft law "On the status and social protection of citizens affected by the Chornobyl disaster" re strengthening social protection of some categories of affected citizens (Reg. No. 1337) is recognized as the abovementioned one.
According to MPs, suggested amendments create preconditions for alternative application of the law's norms and in such way they create preconditions for committing corruption actions and establishing corruptogenic relations.
